Itinerary

Day 1: Kampala - Lake Mburo National Park

Hotel: Rwakobo Rock Lodge or similar

Early in the morning we’ll begin our Uganda safari and drive to Lake Mburo. Along the way we’ll visit the Uganda Equator and learn how water moves different in the Northern and Southern hemisphere.

Then we’ll arrive at the Rwakobo Rock Lodge where we’ll check in and relax. This evening we’ll head out on a game drive to see the vast herds of Zebras that thrive here alongside Lake Mburo’s other stunning wildlife.

We’ll return to the lodge afterwards to enjoy dinner and relax after an amazing day.

Day 2:Lake Mburo National Park - Queen Elizabeth National Park

We’ll begin today with an early breakfast at the lodge before traveling to Queen Elizabeth National Park

We’ll have more time today to spot animals as we traverse the second largest national park in Uganda and search for the famous tree climbing lions in the Ishasha Wilderness. After discover the beauty and wonder of Queen Elizabeth National Park we’ll transfer to the Bush Lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 3:Queen Elizabeth National Park

Hotel: Queen Elizabeth Bush Lodge or similar
We’ll begin the day with an early morning game drive throughout the park. This is the best time to see elephants, lions, antelopes, and buffaloes roaming Queen Elizabeth’s 200km game tracks.

Then we’ll return to the lodge to have lunch and relax. In the afternoon we’ll travel to the Kazinga Channel and traverse its lovely waters on a scenic river cruise. This will let us safely see Nile crocodiles and hippopotamuses.

Next, we’ll take an evening game drive to see the amazing craters of Queen Elizabeth that form the vast and enchanting landscape of the park. Afterwards we’ll return to the lodge.

Day 4:Queen Elizabeth National Park - Entebbe Airport

Start a bit late and drive back to Entebbe Airport for your departure, making scenery stops. It’s going to be along journey back to Entebbe but it will be enjoyable since you will be sight seeing the locals along the side roads and cute little children smiling and waving.

You will then check in at Entebbe Airport for your departure.
